1. How to view flyers and business cards on the Flyer Bureau?

Simply type in the search bar the topic you seek, or you can scroll through the flyers and business cards at your leisure on the Flyer Bureau website "Home page".


2. How to sign up to Flyer Bureau?

Simply fill out the form on the sign-up page. You will be asked for your email address, first and last name, plus a nickname which you will use for the duration of your account with us, the name of your business if you have one or are a part of a business, you'll also be asked to create a password which you will be asked for along with your email every time you log in.


3. How to upload flyers and business cards?

Once you have signed up to Flyer Bureau you can then login to your account, once in your account you will be able to upload the flyers and business cards of your choice by simply clicking on the upload image box and choosing the destination from which you will be taking the flyer or business card from. It is highly recommended that you fill out the form in full.

The image title and the description box help’s viewers have a clear understanding of the information on offer. If you’re promoting an event, it is recommended that you put the location of the event. There is also an option to use tags to help the viewer find what they seek faster. It’s strongly advised to use relevant tags which describe and aid the viewers to find and access your flyer or business card smoothly.

4. What happens if a flyer or business card is declined?

If a flyer or business card is declined the user will get a full refund. If the user would like to know why the flyer or business card was declined, they can contact us via email or by Flyer Bureau’s ‘Contact Us’ form on the website, for more information on the reasons why.


5. How long does the flyer or business card stay Active for on the website?

All uploads are active for 28 days once paid for and approved. If the user wishes to upload the same information again it will need to be uploaded and paid for again so the flyer or business card can be active for a further 28 days, this process can be repeated for as many times as needs be so the information can get further exposure on Flyer Bureau.


6. What is the difference between Active and Inactive?

Active means the flyer or business card uploaded is live for the world to see. Inactive means flyer or business card is not live for the world to see and needs to be paid for or approved.

8. How to pay for an upload?

Once you have signed up to Flyer Bureau you will need to log in to your personal account. Once in your personal account you can then click on the “Upload Flyers & Business Cards” button, then the upload form will appear, then click on the “Choose an asset to upload” button, once you have chosen the flyer or business card you wish to upload, the flyer or business card will appear on the form.

On the right-hand side of the uploaded image, you will find four sections of the form that will need to be filled in which are; “Your upload title”, “Describe your upload”, “Location” and the “Tags”. Once you have filled in the form click the “Pay and Upload Image” button.

Once you’ve clicked the “Pay and Upload Image” button you will be taken to the payment page where you will need a debit card or credit card to make a payment for your upload. On the payment page you will need to put in your card details and promotional code if you have one. Once the payment details are filled in correctly click the “Pay” button to make the payment, once the funds clear, then Flyer Bureau will approve your flyer or business card and the flyer or business card will be live for all to see.

(Please be aware if for any reason your flyer or business card is declined you will receive a refund via the debit or credit card you used to make the payment in the first place. Our payment service is powered by Stripe.)


9. What is the best recommended file type and size for uploading?

Flyer Bureau recommends the image files be JPEG and the size be no more than 10MBs, unless the image requires more resolution.
